When you complete an assessment or contact form, we collect the name, email, organization, role, and the operational details you choose to provide. Those details exist so we can follow up on your request.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to you, to understand the problem you described, and — if we work together — to deliver the engagement you asked for. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Assessment and contact notes are kept only as long as needed to respond and, if relevant, to deliver work. You may ask us to delete what you submitted.
