How COT Works

The Cotomic Method

A practical way to improve how work gets done through small, targeted changes to workflows, systems, software, and automation—one improvement at a time.

Assess → Prioritize → Improve → Repeat

Four intentional steps designed to improve how work moves through your workflows, systems, and tools. Understand what's happening, determine what matters most, make the right improvement, and see how it works before deciding what comes next.

  1. Step 01

    Assess

Understand the problem and identify what may be causing it.

We start with where work feels manual, disconnected, repetitive, or harder than it should be—not with a predetermined solution. By looking at how work moves through your workflows, systems, and tools, we build a clear picture of what's creating friction and why.

  2. Step 02

    Prioritize

Identify the improvement that will make the greatest difference.

There may be several things worth improving. We consider impact, effort, risk, and what makes sense for your business right now to determine where to start.

  3. Step 03

    Improve

Choose the right solution and put it into action.

The right solution may be a better workflow, system, software solution, or automation. Depending on the level of support you choose, COT can provide a plan for your team to implement or work alongside you to bring the solution to life.

  4. Step 04

    Repeat

Measure what changed and determine what comes next.

Small, lasting improvements add up. We look at the results, make sure the improvement works in practice, and identify the next opportunity when the time is right. That's how meaningful transformation happens—one focused improvement at a time.

Why we start small.

Not every workflow or system problem requires a major transformation. Trying to change too much at once can make it harder to identify what is actually working—and harder for improvements to last.

The Cotomic Method is intentionally focused: Assess. Prioritize. Improve. Repeat. We address what matters most, make sure the improvement works in practice, and then determine what comes next.
